Snickerdoodle monkey bread

  • 2 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

White icing

  • 1-2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • ¼ cup milk


Snickerdoodle monkey bread

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bundt pan with crisco. Set aside.
  • Open biscuits cans and take them out. Cut the biscuits into quarters and roll into little balls. In a small mixing bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Take the biscuits and roll in the sugar mixture and place in bundt pan.
    Monkey Bread with white icing
  • Take stick of butter and melt in microwave. Drizzle over the biscuits in bundt pan.
  • Put in oven and bake at 350 for 34 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes.
  • Flip bundt pan over onto plate and layer with white icing.

White icing

  • Mix confectioner's sugar and milk. Drizzle over monkey bread.


  • Best if served right away, but needs to be wrapped tightly with foil and plastic wrap and placed in fridge for 2 days.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months
